A tremendous amount of research and work is being done on our campus by people with a passion. This leads to inspiring results all around us. Would you like to share your passion with the rest of Wageningen campus? And do you have a favourite documentary that shows your perspectives on your working field? Then the new Docuscience programme was made for you. Become a host and engage with colleagues about your passion!
Docuscience is a new programme at Omnia, giving Wageningen campus employees the chance to share insights about their work. New perspectives are linked to a documentary that encourages the audience to engage in conversation. The host chooses the documentary and the format of the evening!
Terms and conditions
The host is an employee on Wageningen campus or has close ties to WUR. Because of the many international colleagues on our campus, it is also important that the programme can take place in English. Therefore, it is also of importance that the documentary is in English or contains English subtitles. Furthermore, we prefer it to last no longer than 45 minutes so that there is also time to engage in conversation. Programme
The screenings will take place between January and April 2024. Before each screening, there will be an opportunity for a Docudinner at restaurant Novum. Afterwards, the host or expert will introduce the documentary and then the screening will start. After the documentary, there will be time for questions from the audience. The conversation can also continue at the Novum restaurant, where guests can continue talking about their passions and perspectives over drinks.
