GrainGrain and SWAP (Silk Worm As Protein) win the Rethink protein challenge
During the Grand Finale of the Rethink protein Student Challenge at the Orion building, 20 student teams presented their idea or prototype. The two winning teams presented energy bars made from brewing residue and dogfood made from silkworm cocoons. The winning teams received a 5000 euros cheque and will receive support to further develop their ideas.
