Wageningen Dialogue

What motivates us to do good?

Students from Wageningen are often categorized by their will to make the world a better place. But what is our motivation to do good? To go even further: why do humans do good? What makes us human? What is morality? Do objective morals exist? Where does morality come from? And finally: what is our motivation to do good? These questions are fundamental to who we are, how we live, and how we perceive the world.

On the 24th of May, we are going to explore these questions! Our speakers are Jeroen de Ridder and Jeroen Hopster. Both are philosophers and scientists, both well acquainted with the field of morality.

Everyone is most welcome to come and join us in exploring these questions! After the event, we will have drinks at ‘Ons Huis’ (Harnjesweg 84, Wageningen).
