Inspiration, meeting and dialogue centre on Wageningen Campus
Impulse is the meeting centre on Wageningen campus. It is designed to optimally facilitate meetings between the various campus users and visitors. Every week, different activities are organised in Impulse that are freely accessible. In addition, you can hold informal discussions or formal meetings there, and even work or study.
The strength of a campus lies in the opportunities it offers to meet people you already know, but particularly, to come in contact with strangers and people with new, inspiring ideas or with different interests. The event programme at Impulse offers an excellent setting to meet others and afterwards, discuss the topics that were broached. It is also possible to contribute to the programme yourself. Impulse is always open to good ideas geared to improving the experience of campus users and visitors.
Within the open space in Impulse, there are different types of seating present, spread over two floors, including high tables, lower seats, train compartments as well as individual workstations for anyone looking for a quiet place to work in between meetings, for example. Impulse is a pleasant and inspiring place partly because of the ever-changing art exhibitions, good coffee and other refreshments served by Impulse’s barista. Anyone can use these public spaces without making a reservation.
